STAYING FIT

How to stay fit – mega question, especially as we get older and metabolism slows down.

For me it means first of all motivation; that’s the biggy.  And when I am motivated the things I do are: yoga, tai-chi, weight lift, cycle, hiking, walk as much as possible.

I’m getting my dog, Benji, out for approx an hour walk every day, sometimes two walks; that’s good for fitness.
